DuPont launches the 2003-04 edition of the industrial design contest DuPont Imagineering Awards for those projects involving DuPont Engineering Polymers. For this edition, the theme is Comfort and Functionality at Home
Registration online are open untill march 31 2004, entries dedlines is may 31 2004. First prize for each country will be € 5000. Award for the overall international winner will be € 5000

Core77 has joined forces with Popular Science to periodically challenge industrial designers to incorporate cutting-edge technology and science into design solutions that address everyday problems and spot emerging opportunities. The current challenge is Human Powered Design, for products that explores novel opportunities for harnessing human power.
Deadline for registration online is September 30, entry deadline is October 10.

Emhart Teknologies Inc. launched the contest that seeks for most innovative project of the following design categories: everyday products, safety, or transportation. The Grand Prize winner will have the choice of either a 2004 Toyota Prius or $20,000 cash. Entry deadline is november 14.
